Colorado Steamboat Gets Earliest Start on Snowmaking!

With over 40" of natural snow so far in October and with more on the way, Steamboat has the guns out and is blazing away.

Also, The Champagne snow cam is back up!

Totally! The Howelson guns are about 200 yards away so you can hear them and when its really cold the snow rises up and just hangs in the air. its so cool. We cant really see the guns on the mountain from here.
