California/Nevada Squaw Valley // Alpine Meadows 2015-2016

Hi all, this thread is intended for general talk as well as meetups for Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows for the 2015-2016 Season.

Here's a little about myself.

• I have been a Mighty Mite ski team coach at Squaw Valley for 4 years.
• My favorite thing to do is big mountain // all mountain.
• I am a big fan of spring skiing.

My husband skied at Alpine Meadows as a kid, and we have the MCP this season .... maybe we'll make it out there

Can't we just do this in the Tahoe thread instead? Just a suggestion... but I find it works better, as seen at Epic (the threads I started over there) and TGR.

But hey, maybe not. It's a free forum after all.

Personally, I like to keep all the meetup threads close together in the same category.

According to Squaw e-mail they just opened the customary early season WROD- Red Dog (Only Champs Elisee ands Red Dog Face are open, no Dog Leg). This is good because it gives access to a somewhat steeper terrain on the face.
