When I first met Trish before marriage we were at Squaw and I was showing off with acrobatic stunts/skiing backward.
She still remembers me falling on my butt !

For some stupid reason, I thought these girls I liked in high school would be impressed by my big air on the slopes...In the late 80's..there wasn't a lot of big jumping, so I though "oh yeah, they'll love this 60-80' jump" - Well, let's just say that I looked like an absolute buffoon rolling down the windows and looking terribly out of control, losing my skis in the process and scaring the dates so badly, they didn't talk to me the rest of the day.
