gorgeous day here at the boat. the winds shifted so we could actually breath this AM so I did really nice 60%/40% gravel and road ride to our south. these roads are a mix of hardpacked dirt to loose moon dust and baby head rock sections and lots of steep 10-14% punchy climbs so you can't get bored 
. Almost all the leaves are gone but still some brilliant Aspen and willow trees. Part of the ride includes a 4 mile stretch along the Yampa river on a rugged dirt road. The first pic shows the smoke layering the valley near the Ski Mountain. some other shots of the forest fire and view along the way.
