Ok, since I just contributed absolutely nothing to this thread so far except for an obscure photo of Murray Ball, I'll try to rectify that now:

And for some reason the following photo looks great on my computer, but I tried uploading it 5 times so far and the gallery here just makes it look blurry as hell and I can't figure out why, but I'm posting it anyhow:

carvemeister One more comment - I gotta admit it really bothers me how awful that last photo looks. Just to illustrate the difference (if anyone is interested) I uploaded the same photo to Flickr with no changes and the difference is pretty drastic - but for some reason only with this shot. I don't get it. Granted in the Flickr photo, you can still see some color artifacts which resulted from me over-processing it (since this was initially taken very underexposed), but in a weird way, I liked the artifacts. In any case, the photo posted here really should look like this: https://www.flickr.com/photos/57438627@N00/25922121696/in/album-72157663857432634/lightbox/

EDIT: Actually, now that I wrote that and looked back very closely at the others, they uploaded with a pretty degraded quality too - just not nearly as noticeable as the last one. Uggh. It seems like this is not (as of now) the best place for posting photos. :(
