I do think SkiersEdge are sticklers for ordering replacement bands.

Anyone use one of these. Someone is selling an old basic model for $40. I have never seen one in person. Wondering if: 1. They work 2. They are durable 3. Provide a good pre-season jump start.

I bought my machine used and was able to purchase bands with no issues. When you call them, they'll ask you if you're the original owner. When you tell them no, they'll ask for the serial number on the machine. Once they get that, they log it in their system and transfer ownership of it to you . Then they'll let you buy the bands.

At least that was my experience last year when I bought new bands - FOR A MILLION DOLLARS.
