Washington GAVE north ID to the Idaho Territory because the people were too roudie. That happened just a little before the LARGEST SILVER STRIKE IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD was found in north ID.

Isn't the current National debt like 16 Trillion? So Montana can pay the interest.
