They do not, but have a plastic connector (can be removed if you really wanted to.)

More seriously, I'm gonna be way too lazy to remove it. I'll just mount them and go. The extra 100g or whatever won't make a difference in my skiing.

Got 'em yesterday. Awesome shape, looked barely skied on. I like the matte finish on these too, look very slick. For reference, mostly black with orange DIN and heel dildo.
