There are some very good pro's along with the con's in this. Obviously the pro's won out since the approval went through.

My son lives in Roanoke and we get there quite often. Other than a few downtown, I honestly don’t see a ton of bikes out like we do in Northern VA. I’m thinking the lack of numbers may have made this easier to appove.
