RIP Hans Mezger

The world lost Porsche engineer Hans Mezger at the age of 90. Hans designed the Porsche flat-6 that resides in the 911 as well as the 12-cylinder in the 917.

A great loss to Porsche and the Porsche & racing community. I still read 2 Porsche magazines a month ( Panarama & Excellence ) and always read the articles on Porsche's racing development, and Metzer's engineering & creative prowess. Porsche would not be where they are without him. He had a good run living to 90, RIP.
