What if I made them with ground pork instead, so the name made more sense?

We call them stuff cabbage here in NYC. We usually go to the Polish neighborhood in Greenpoint to get them. Really good stuff.
I am sure if I am down by your neck of the wood, I would call it whatever the locals call it. I learned in my travels to always adopt the local vernacular. :beercheer:
