Hello all, I am looking for a narrower ski to compliment my Enforcer 100. I'm an intermediate level, haven't skied in years due to being in grad school but am getting back into it now. I live in the PNW and work contracts, so I have no "home" mountain to speak of, but will always likely be in Oregon/Washington/California.
I intend to use the new ski primarily for groomers and tree runs, and to progress my technique. For example now I struggle with carving through crud and moguls and bumps, just kind of end up skidding around leaf falling if it's too steep. I'm looking for more budget options (let's say below $700 with bindings, used or on clearance). Some possibilities I've looked into are the Monster 88's and Navigator 85/90's, seem to be good value there. Any other ski's I should keep an eye out for? I'm 5'9, weight 185.
