That's cool! I wish I could find some of those results for my racing career. I got to race against Picabo since she was based at Sun Valley and I was at Bogus Basin.

I was lucky my mum saved some results for me. Neither FIS nor Ski Racing can provide results from that era.

I'll have to dig around for mine. Here's my father, spring of 1945. He was in the Navy aeronautical engineering program at Cal Tech and would sneak away to San Gorgonio, camp in the snow, skin up (on real seal skins) and ski.
