David the West side drivers really are worse. Still no shortage of bad ones here in Eastern Washington though, probably transplants.

Not exactly. The express lanes are mostly around the Everett-Tacoma corridor, you can’t get to either Vancouver (BC or WA) without being in the regular lanes, mostly just 2 lanes north of Burlington.
