And no disrespect to the Porsche folks but this lap has some pretty good sounds too...

Great driver. Very smooth and off and on full brake/throttle so quickly.

6:47 is no joke....isn’t that faster than Hunt’s F1 lap by like 10s?

Edit: checked and it is just over 10s faster than Lauda’s F1 record time. Of course they no longer race there (to the best of my knowledge)....bust still amazing for a PRODUCTION car.

I hope Porsche brings the 919 there during this summer's tour. They just broke the outright lap record at Spa with it.

Love the graphics, and the driving. How much is the toll to have the track to yourself?
It's something like 25 or 30 dollars a lap. But you don't get it to yourself, so faster vehicles may pass you or you may have to pass.

Just saying..you can do local track days for $100-$200..I'd suggest a few local before you go Nurburgring..
