Wow. Loveland’s got a really big road going to a very small car park building
Not my photo, but a cool one. The thread on Loveland's page is torn between C130 or Chinook as the location of the photographer.

Not sure if you're being facetious... but just in case (or for anyone else): That's a tunnel through the mountain under Loveland resort along I-70, the major highway from Denver into the mountains.Wow. That’s a really big road going to a small car parking building
Kind of sad really. Here’s a Chinook lifting the Into the Wild bus in Alaska

National Guard here used a Chinook and Blackhawks to rescue campers here from a boat ramp in the Camp Fire. I read (can't verify that the Chinook can carry 60 people but they frantically jammed 100 in thinking the fire would not let them back). Some were burned or had injuries. They were telling the people they may have to jump into the lake to save themselves from the fire ! Massive smoke cloud from Camp Fire is now covering 1/3 of California. including us.Here’s a Chinook lifting the Into the Wild bus in Alaska
