This one is from summer and was actually at around 9pm at night. The long exposure lit up the sky, especially close to the lake/mountains and made it look like a sunset shot. I liked the effect and didn't try to darken it out.

Summer milky Way over Bonsai Rock on the East Shore. A very popular location for landscape photography enthusiasts. I think I have seen tripods setup every time I have been there. :)

I saw Eternity the other night,
Like a great Ring of pure and endless light
All calm, as it was bright;
And round beneath it, Time in hours, days, years,
Driven by the spheres
Like a vast shadow moved; in which the world
And all her train were hurled.

The Chinese Wall is one of the most dramatic features of the rockies in Montana. 1000' high and about 20 miles long.
Never get tired of seeing it from any angle.

Are you sure that’s not the big beautiful wall in Colorado?
If you look closely, you might see New Mexicans trying to smuggle in green chili.

Everything has its season and, in Suzhou, it’s crab season. Here at Yangcheng Lake, restaurants that are open only during the season line a canal off the lake. On a weekday, it’s like having the mountain all to yourself.

My ski touring season finally started :) Some 50cm of fresh snow, which was way more stable then I thought, so we were actually skiing things that we didn't even thought it would be possible once we parked under the hill.
This is one is from last run, where slope was on sun all day long, and snow turned into pretty heavy wet one already by the time we made it up. But weather report is promising more then 1m of new snow in next few days, so start of this season definitely looks pretty awesome :)
