Are there any Pugski patches in existence?

Should we have them?

I got some work swag and it would be nice to cover up my company logo....

I got a quote from NOSO, but its a little pricy,
Any thoughts or ideas on this type of thing are welcome.

I only wear patches on packs, bags and hats, so yes, embroidered better.

What's the difference between a patch and an embroidered patch?

The ones in the link are printed or silk-screened (which is still printing but nvm).

Think of embroidery as doing plotter-style vector graphics with pre-dyed thread

Embroidered patches are like the IKON patch you got in your pack from them.
Noso patches are kind of flat and come with technical fabric sticky on the back. I really don't see them as being an option with the quote I got from them.
