Thank you Tricia and Phil for always being supportive of our work and for your friendship. Hard to think we have only virtually met, though despite our relationship being virtual for all these years now (about 5), we really feel like we have been friends longer. One day we hope to ski with you out West, East or who knows, Chile... The only condition we have is that you must be in an Alba Adventure story (ha..).

Our latest story summarizes our experience(s) of skiing at Killington in the Spring. It must be listened too as much as watched. We hope you enjoy our finale and can give us a like here and thumbs up on YouTube.

KING of SPRING

With no roads connecting, the Green Mountains were once divided from the East to the West.

It wasn’t long after Killington was discovered, it's development that it became regarded as the “Ruler of the Land”.

In the Spring, clans from all over come together to make a few extra turns, seeking its soft corn snow.

With longer days, it means more time to play.

But you can never get enough,
Whether it’s finishing off your season,
Getting 100 days,
Or a million vertical feet,
Your season is not complete without hitting the soft spring bumps on Superstar.

But as the clock ticks forward, the sun beats on the melting snow, it seems like eternal winter in Vermont, but its not.

With just minutes left, we seize the day, and the reign of the longest season in the East will soon come to a end. See you next year…... the King of Spring

Very nice Ray.:golfclap: Have you been posting these videos for five years? I watch one every six months or so and the production values just keep getting better and better. If you ever bring your family west and decide to participate in one of our annual gatherings the PugSkiers would show you a good time. Although you already know how to do that:D

We have been doing ski stories since 2010. That is when Alicia and I started to ski again.. We took about 10 years off since our oldest had disabilities that made Winter very hard for him.

Not sure if you saw the Mountain Times article on us - if not, here is the link: http://mountaintimes.info/alba-family/

For sure, we need to get West!

Was some of this mid April? Were you there 21/22?

Yes, our season usually starts out at Killington and for the last few years, it ends there. Well for most on the East we would say eventually you all end up at Killington - hence the Clans reference in our story.

The footage from this spans a couple of seasons though we were there the weekend of the 15th, 22nd and 29th and there are scenes from those days as well in here.

What an awesome video. We start and end our seasons at Killington as well. We pretty much are at Killington every weekend from around mid March until early May. It was nice to watch this video on this damp rainy morning in June as I'm missing my friend winter.
