While mountain biking at Pow Mow recently, I noticed what appears to be tree clearing on the upper left side of the existing Nordic Valley ski area. Also a road running to the top of the clearing. I mentioned to my friends that it looked like the lift line for a new ski lift was being cleared.

Wow. A six pack. That is analagous to a subway line from Eden to Huntsville.

Very cool. The map shows that they're proposing glading pretty much all of the new terrain that isn't being cut for runs, so that's a good chunk of newly skiable terrain. Coleman's MCP continues to impress.

They have such an unpredictable snowpack anymore due to their elevation and our warmer winters, I just can’t get excited about this. If they cut some new MTB trails, that would catch my attention.
