So I snowboarded for the past 15 years...

did take a lesson a few years ago to switch things up...

Going to Snowbird last year for a ski club trip... and not being able to go to Alta, is part of the motivation.

Far West Ski Association is going to Park City/Deer Valley, with accommodations at Zermatt Resort, is more justification.

So, I figured with the COVID season, I can take advantage of that learning how to ski on the greens during the ski club weekend trips on the "crowded" saturdays at Mammoth (instead of trying to get on the gondola)

So, I dropped around $1000 yesterday for last year's leftovers:
Volkl Decon 80 (172cm) which comes with Marker LowRide bindings
K2 BFC 100 boots

Waxing skis should be a whole lot easier than my snowboards with a concave base.
