Need help - ideas for repurposing big-@$$ tv stand

Been looking online at what others have done - anyone here have any ideas?

It looks like this one - except where they have shelves on the bottom we have a couple of drawers. And on each side, behind the doors, is a set of shelves.

We have a window in the wrong place in our back entry so I can’t use the middle section for something like this:

And we don’t really need more bookshelves, which would be easy for the side sections.

So, just looking for inspiration.

We had a smaller one that was a TV stand in our condo. I turned it into a bar. I am sure the creative types will have lots of ideas for ya.

Depending on how much shelving is removable, could store ski gear, especially if you could add a short closet rod on each side.

Same concept but reversed. Yard out the center shelves, and put the rod there. Leave the shelves on the side areas. A couple of ski racks on the sides?
