Skied the East side of mt. Shasta yesterday.

Great corn for over 5,000 ft.

From the Brewer Creek trailed.

Stupid Question in regards to Shasta: Most resources I see for Shasta describe Multi-Day approaches to the summit for skiing. Is there anything reasonable there for a solo day trip? Obviously it would not be all the mountain has to offer, but laps 1500ft above the parking lot is a lot better than nothing. I've never been up there before and am considering a trip but don't have the time (or fitness probably) for the whole thing.

Snow starts around 1500 ft above trail head.

And the white isn't great till 9000 ft, or 2000 ft above.
