Hard to pick a favorite, but here are some that are on my "Will Watch Any Time" list:

Princess Bride
Major League
Ghostbusters
Blade
Police Academy (the first two or three anyway)
Spaceballs
Lord of the Rings series
Green Mile

There are very few movies that I walked out of the theater on, but:
Dead Presidents
Young Einstein with Yngwie Malmsteen
Batman and Robin

The 2023 film A Million Miles Away is really good. It's about a young migrant worker who eventually becomes a NASA astronaut.

OH! Ok, now I know what you're talking about. The Chinese version may be the best one to watch.
Chinese version of "Bride Wars" I felt was better. Both fine but some couple of quirks in the first one "fixed" in the Chinese remake. Kids noted the main one in particular .. it was the wedding planners fault all along.

The “bill” sent by Grumman engineers to North American for towing the command module.

You should get “Moon Machines” on dvd. Documentary in segments on different aspects. So good. Pretty sure they’re all on youtube now.
