Those resorts are pretty spead out. Geared to those who like to take long trips. I looked at just using a Blacktail/Whitefish ticket, you can do better than $99. So, then you're using up lodging. Interesting for those on driving trips, tho.

Agreed, they're too spread out to be much good. The ideal buyer lives near one mountain and plan to go to another 2+ on a trip. Most of these ski areas are under $50 per day already. Whitefish is the outlier.

Which is why not many of these passes were sold. If I had work travel through or family in those parts of WY and MT, I might get the pass. It is a credit to these areas to band together and try something.
