Autumn is past its peak but there is still some color out there...
North Fork is doing an amazing job with their trails. We did some gravel grinding up there on Saturday to avoid riding the new trail that is still marked closed.Autumn is past its peak but there is still some color out there...

What time of day/night was that?First fat bike winter ride! Lights, 20*, and bushwacking, it was barely rideable for much of the route I picked today.

Time stamp in my phone says it was 6:51pm, sunset was around 6pm yesterday. I do most of my riding after I get off work at 6pm so darkness and dropping temps are my jam, too busy skiing during the day on weekends to ride a bike.. Helps feed my gear addiction as I have a quiver of lights and extras to loan out to people for winter riding. The trails behind my workplace need a couple more inches of snow before they get rolled and groomed by the mushing association, hopefully the ponds are more frozen too as I had to cut part of my route out because of open water. What time of day/night was that?
Temperatures still in the 60s yesterday but expecting a significant temperature drop beginning today. I think we should use @firebanex posts for motivation .
Get it while you can!

It's steep . Not sure how accurate that app is but I think it is usually with in a few hundred feet. The mileage is sometimes short when I have compared it with friends using Strava but not by more than a mile or two.Is that 3000ft of vert in just 13 miles? Jeez you are a machine.
That was super fun to watch! Some humerous moments & well done. "The Jerry's of e-biking"So, for all people who believe e mountain biking is for old, out of shape people.

That's a much better place for them!In my glass with bourbon.
Thanks for posting the video! When I tramped the TMB, all mountain biking witnessed was human powered whether guided/organized groups or independent riders. Enjoyed briefly seeing familiar sights from the video such as Col de la Seigne, Val Ferret, Val Veny, Courmayeur, Les Houches, Grand Jorasses, Alpages de la Peule, Bovine Alp, etc. A significant percentage of the route is unrideable but having the boost that an ebike provides somewhat diminishes said percentage. So, for all people who believe e mountain biking is for old, out of shape people.
