Interesting, I was just watching a video for the Austin, TX area "VW Harvest" show, and a guy had a VR6 Harlequin. Maybe the same one? He explained how the Harlequins were built by Vw, took a bunch of built cars and just swapped the doors and other removable panels, so you can tell what the original color of the "base" was was by the roof and engine bay

Circling back, I pulled in my horns, and didn't go crazy w/r/t size or quality.

Bought this little Husky unit from HD. It's just a bit bigger than the "roller cart" it replaces, so the shop feng shui remains undisturbed.

I was chatting with one of the tool guys at HD about the various units, measuring this and that, and when I mentioned that this smaller one probably made the most sense, he said "This floor model is my last one. If you want it, I'll knock another $100 bucks off right now."

Done!

I was toying with a new idea for a metaphor today.

Social interaction is like ranged shooting.
