Mid 80s skis for Southwest PA

I have friends on the Rossi 86 Basalt and they love it. However, these are being replaced next year by a new model, the Arcade, and it is even cheaper and these guys love them! Check it out here.

What length do you ski vs. your height?

I weigh 170, am 177 tall and ski the Stance in 169. At 6'3" the 177 seems pretty short for the Stance but your weight is very light for your height. It is always better to err on the shorter size as skiing too long a size of skis can be miserable while too short just limits your top speed. I'd go with the 177 for skiing with the kids and keep your speeds reasonable when skiing alone.

I already made some suggestions (post #4 in this thread). The e-Rally especially seems great for your use case and level.

Rossignol Forza 70 Ti is a super fun carver, with far more versatility than you would imagine. Not extremely demanding, but very rewarding. Works great for mountains with tightish quarters and limited vertical.
