I feel ashamed previously owning a Miata that had around 260hp on it’s supercharged engine.....lol
You could close the hood on mine and it’s weight balance was still near 50/50 though....

These ratbags have been modifying Miatas (sold as MX-5's in Australia) with a variety of engines, most notably the Lexus/Toyota quad cam 1UZFE 4.0 litre V8. They also sell Rotex superchargers, and may have added the occasional blower to the 1UZFE from time to time.

Yep! 30 years of using that plate on sporty cars that have been hard to drive slow and never have been pulled over or had issues with it! Haha

On my 300hp Mini JCW now and the view most people see of it. It’s kinda quick too.

Flying Miata has been doing turbo and supercharged Miata’s forever and they also do Turn key Corvette engine swaps for Miata’s too. Funny watching videos of Miata’s sounding like Corvettes. Lol
