I saw at least 2 pairs with the original Marker simplex toe bindings (may be on your Javalens). Egads, The ones where you
had to file notches in your boot toe !
I got rid of them 45 years ago after a "marker out" fall !
I had those Marker Simplex toe bindings. They had zero elasticity.

If anyone wants the bindings, I can talk to the bench Builder and recover what you want. He uses the bindings for cup holders but if someone were to ask I'm sure he would give them to me to pass along.

@Bill Talbot , Nothing that I gave away was all that special. Certainly not special enough for fellow PugSkiers to take me up on my price of shipping offer. I still have lots of good stuff. Unmounted wood skis, pre-WW II skis a friend's parents had as well as his wood junior skis, my WC race skis and more like 5 pair of vintage DH skis. 15 or so pairs of boots, half of them leather. Roughly 20 pairs of poles. It was certainly bittersweet to let that many skis go, but the will continue to be enjoyed as furniture. As good of a use as a fence.
