I just saw where Kobe died in a helicopter crash near LA. One of the greatest NBA players ever. Surreal and much too young.

This awful news has really shaken the Philly area to the core, that's for sure. Such a terrible tragedy, a legend's life cut far too short.

An old classmate of mine posted this in tribute today- it's him driving around Kobe for a bucket in a high school game in 1992. It's amazing that he not only has the footage still but was also able to connect with Kobe to talk about it. RIP.
