K2 Date or Manufacturing Code format on Skis?

Hello

I have two pairs of K2 kids skis.

They are the same model and have the following stamped into the top of the ski

120F . 2560927
120F . 2560872

I am guessing the last 7 digits are some type of date or production code?

Anyone know, I'm curious to decode it and find out how old the skis are.
