Chapulines (grasshoppers) are commonly eaten in central mexico. In Quesadillas, over salad, in tacos and sopes. A little crunchy, not at all objectionable. I cook with cricket flour sometimes and never tell my family. Good cookies!

But tongue? That's just ordinary yumminess, along with oxtail, tripe, sweetbreads. Never have cared for heart or brains.

Our cat brings in cicadas to play with when they're coming up out of the ground, but too fresh to fly away. She also brings in snakes (we have a doggie door to the fenced in back yard).

I miss the sound of cicadas. I guess we do have a few of them in Utah, surprisingly. I don't think I'll be eating any anytime soon, though.

Popcorn with lobster-flavored butter? You may be onto something ....

You mean "cricket flavored" butter? Since crickets taste like lobster.
I don't see lobster as having a migrate-able taste.

I don't think this has been mentioned, but Downeast lobstermen and lobsterwomen call lobsters bugs.
