First bike paid for (okay, she still got a good deal) in 20 years, and first ride in 11! Yes, she literally hasn’t ridden on dirt in that long!

Well we’ve moved to the trailhead, and since I’m relatively healed (at least physically) we thought we would get her a mountain bike. Mine comes in a couple weeks!

So I called some old friends, and came up with this...I think it’s a keeper.

25.8 lbs with the trail tires, pedals, cages, oneup pump and internal tool....

That should hold her over until she gets serious. When is yours comign and when are we going to get @Rich Peters his?

Oh I am very nervous about that! The dedicated race bike I predict will get built for sea otter 2020.

I need to get Pop up there to ride that bike at the Truckee location. I think we can sufficiently get him hooked!

Mine is currently “at paint” (little bike industry humor) and should be here in 2-3 weeks. Here it is right now!
