Just a question, why do I keep losing the inside screw & washer that holds the upper/lower cuff hinge? Guess I need to loctite them.

Vibration.

Loctite, blue will work fine, red is bomber probably not be able to get them off without damaging the screw head or spinning the backing rivet.

Thanks guys. Off to the parts store. Think I'll loctite all the boots.

Purple Loctite low strength (or equal of another brand) is my choice. On these very small threads I've found blue to hold too hard. I worry about stripping the head with blue. Vibra-tite is also a great choice.
