If you're up for it, I recommend the entire Age of Kings series - first because Henry V is broken without explaining the young Hal of Henry IV and there are referents to this arc even back to Richard II - look for descriptions on how Bollingbroke relates to the people on his trip to exile - and second because you don't want to miss such gems as Sean Connery playing Hotspur.

Sounds good to me. I've read tons (not literally, but if you stacked them up they'd weigh a fair bit) on the subject, so I wouldn’t be completely lost by any means, but it's always nice to be refreshed.
