I think the pear is what I had.I heart obstler whether apple, Williams pear or peach.

Not only you and the sweetness is why you put it in espresso. What about Ouzo AKA Greek Death, I find coming in from skiing on a very cold day it does wonders to warm you.Sambuca is much too sweet. The hardcore anise lovers among us (i gather thats probably only me) go for Arak.
I can't stand anything that tastes like black licorice.
