Who makes them? No hood, removable hood, or stowable hood. Bright color preferred (by Mrs. Kosmo, for spotting purposes).

I know there is a similar thread, but it seemed to depart rapidly from the "no hood" component.

The Stio Environ has a removable hood. I have an Environ. I love it, and it's about as bombproof as jackets come. Well designed to boot.
