    boots...
would like boots with adjustable flex and forward lean - good to have 'walk' feature, and, of course, all upper shaft side adjustments...
good design for easier entry/exit... ski as if they were extensions of your feet/legs...
    we already had that...
add latest moldable shell & liner,
Dynafit Comp 3F S (with power straps...)
(prolly some 'Frontside' adaptation of Dynafit Hoji Pro Tour with flex/lean adjustment, and compatibility with Frontside/alpine bindings- using boot plate replacements ???)
    best boot , ever!

I would like to see a universal standard for boot flex scores.

Since we are dreaming, I'd like to see an update to the Latigo but 80 underfoot. Run the lengths a hair longer, add a little more tip rocker length to improve plane on fresh snow but not give up quick edge to edge transition on firm snow. Call it the Brahma 80 or align it with more popular Blizzard offerings.

    Viva la skinny skis!

Ditto. But why stop there? There are lots of "numbers" I wish our gear would have that would follow a universally accepted set of standards.

Binding ramp angles and boot stance info printed on the product. Easy adjustment of ramp angle available for bindings via shims/plates. Multiple boots boards available in shop to help customize boot stance. Less clunky option for moving toe piece fore and aft on a performance binding. Not a traditional demo toe. Perhaps a mounting plate under the toe that allows for multiple toe locations. Heel length adjustment that correlates with toe position options.

Would you settle for 82mm underfoot?

What, that there will be a Brahma 82? Sorry, I cannot confirm not deny such a ski will be coming ;)

Now..back to the original post...Marker...with so many 95-100 skis we need a 100mm brake for the Royal family, We had a customer that wanted a specific Marker binding on a 95mm ski, the 90 rubbed the sidewalls too much and the 100 had too much overhang.

Nano technology for boots, like Ironman. Apparently you just think about it and they appear. No bending over, no struggling to get in or out, infinite flex choices, it would be amazing! Skis and bindings too! Think and POOF! you have condition specific gear. Of course custom footbeds would still be needed.

Shorter intermediate skis that don't have a stupid tight radius. Why in the world anyone would need a 11.5M radius just because they are a on a 143cm ski makes little sense to me.

A Marker heel piece that is much easier to step into.
A Marker F12 Tour (or any plate type binding -- very few people want/need a pin tech toe indent on their boots) that is lighter, easier to step into, and has a lower stand height. Since most people rarely tour for any distance, this would give them greater downhill skiability, with the option of putting on skins for short hikes. It's okay to use your alpine boots for short skins, side country... The Shift requires that you have boots that will fit into a tech toe piece. Not an ideal solution for folks who have a nicely dialed alpine boot and don't skin enough to warrant a second, not as good performing boot.
