Hit Lynn up. I think that she’s doing this on Mondays an Thursdays. Today is virtual Zumba Gold for seniors in the community. She volunteers at the Durango Senior Center and is reaching out to those with today’s class.

My older daughter Meryl is starting to do this as well. She is trying to do Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 11:30 Eastern Daylight time. Her website is www.wickedironstrength.com. She does online coaching as part of her business, but she is doing this at no charge for now.
