I get enough traction having decent tires. Used to ride for years with tires that were not that great and pretty worn down.

It can be Josh and that is probably true in my case. Though I have ridden high dollar demo bikes and felt the improvement in performance was not worth the amount of $ spent.

I feel that way about a lot of things.

yeah like I said tubeless cost less than 20 dollars on any bike if you do with split inner tubes...

humm.. I thought tubes disappeared from Mtn bikes about the sometime as V-brakes transitioned to disc brakes. I remember rocking the old Mavic UST Crossmax's with Hutchinson 2.2's all over Moab back in 2000-ish...

Yeah. I've ridden with crank. No complaining. And he likes Italian food.

Had lasted well. On my second hose and chuck. But good stuff. Really need a separate gauge for MTB, though.
