THE DENVER BRONCOS ANNOUNCE MEIER SKIS HAS BEEN AWARDED THE NAMING RIGHTS FOR BRONCO STADIUM

From the linked article:

April 1, 2018 (DENVER, CO) – The Denver Broncos have announced today that Meier Skis has been awarded the stadium naming rights for what was previously known as Sports Authority Field. "After many months of negotiations we are pleased to announce that the new name is Meier High Stadium" said Joe Ellis, Broncos President. "As we are a Denver, Colorado based organization and Colorado is known globally both as a hub for world class skiing, as well as for our beloved Denver Broncos, we thought it only made sense to lock arms with Meier Skis whose world headquarters are practically in the shadows of the stadium" added Ellis. President of Football Operations and Super Bowl winning Quarterback John Elway said "Such a large percentage of our fans are skiers so aligning with a rapidly growing global ski brand such as Meier that shares the same deep homegrown Colorado roots and crazy passionate fan base made this the right call".

Ted Eynon, Meier Skis Owner confirmed the deal saying, "Meier Skis is proud to align and partner with such an iconic organization as the Denver Broncos, and we plan to live up to the same standards steeped in tradition". Added Matt Cudmore, Founder of Meier Skis, "this has been a long time coming, and as a long time Broncos fan I'm glad we could come together on terms and get this deal done".

Although neither party would confirm the details of the deal, a source close to the negotiations who requested anonymity believed that the deal was in the neighborhood of "a very large quantity of custom skis plus all the beer you could drink at Meier Skis "Craft Skiery"" which is located just down the road from what is now Meier High Stadium. Added Elway, "we really didn't have to think too long on this deal....... it was a no brainer!"

Its no Olympic Bid for 2026, but its something. :D
