Denali Backpacking Advice?

I'm headed to Denali AK in a few weeks and am looking for advice on Backcountry Units and possible backpacking trips within them. I know I will need a permit and may not get my first choice, however, I'd like to come armed with a few trip ideas. We are planning 5 nights in the backcountry.

Lastly any good food and drink reccos in Anchorage for arrival and departure?
