Some images from this last Tuesday at Dodge Ridge where 90 inches of snow fell over a few days. As I rode up the long Chair 7 lift, took some snap shots with my tiny Canon Powershot ELPH 900 camera of passing fir trees against the opening blue sky. Small white spots in the sky are snow flakes. Those little spikes pointing upward in branches are red fir cones. These images are just small crops from those shots. Amazing what intricate crystalline sparkling beauty nature can deliver.
