I worked for a season for Naeba International ski School in Japan. Teaching is in English - no need for Japanise language - students are from South East Asia, China, Russia, etc. A lot of young ski instructors from all over the world on Working Holiday visa. I'd suggest getting PSIA level 1 and recommendations working for one season at any ski resort in US, then get Working Holiday visa and the next season work in Japan.
