I just made a new one (for me): a classic breakfast-for-dinner comprising leftover polenta warmed up in bacon grease and a little mascarpone, with crumbled bacon, runny egg, chives, and lotsa black pepper on top. Paired with a Manhattan. Really kind of perfect.
