There's been a heatwave here over this past week. Nothing says summer like a BLT, or in this case Bacon, Tomato, Avocado, Arugula and Basil from fresh our garden; along with fresh kale ( from our garden ) salad with roasted pine nuts, dried cranberries, Manzaniloo EVO, and white balsamic with Reggigino Parm.

French Onion Soup or as they call it in France, Onion Soup. Came out pretty tasty.

The grilled artichokes look good, I have had them out but have not tried to grill them myself yet. What did you use to marinate them?
salt/pepper/olive oil/lemon. The dip them in butter. Some will used a balsamic blend but to me its too much.
