C & O Canal Towpath Bike Trip Report

Oh man, I live about a mile from the tow path at HF. Like to do rides but during the week is best as the weekend crowds get to be much for me.

Got a new fat tire Ebike coming and stoked to try it out. Yall can stop by for home brews if I am around.

I used to ice skate on the C & O canal at Carderock during my lunch hour. Easy as my work was at the nearby Navy place.

The cape cod rail trail gets very busy in the summer. There are always a few guys that think they're on the Tour de France and fly by families and tourists at 40 mph.
