I searched, but saw no mention of the Nordica Enforcer Pro. So I guess it's up to me to start the thread.

Listed specs:
  • 143-115-132
  • 191 cm (only length) - visually, only about 2cm longer than my 185 Nordica El Capos
  • 21.5m radius - I find this suspect, since the El Capo was listed at 6-7mm narrower in all dimensions at 185, and with a 25m radius
Me: 6'1", 210 pounds, style tends more towards power than finesse.

Skied one day, in bounds, on approximately a foot of unusually cold fresh snow in Tahoe, in a very dry season. I skied them in a couple of runs of unconsolidated fresh snow, and several more of cut up but still light stuff, and across several sections of ice that had been exposed when the light snow sloughed off.

Comparable skis skied: Nordica El Capo 185cm, Moment Bibby Special 196cm, Praxis Powder 195 and 200cm. (Yes, I know those are very different skis, but the Enforcer Pro combines aspects of all three.)

In a word: Wow.

The best way for me to describe these skis is by reference to the El Capo, which Nordica only made for two seasons (2014 and 2015). I suspect that comparisons to the Helldorado might also be appropriate, but I never skied that ski. But the El Capo is my benchmark - since I got on them, they have been my favorite all-around ski. They hold an edge pretty much anywhere, are remarkably quick edge to edge for a 90+mm wide ski, much less a 107mm, and still have enough girth to float reasonably when needed.

The Enforcer Pro is ever so slightly slower edge to edge than the El Capo, but that's the only way they arguably come up short. It's the El Capo's equal on firm snow -- the way that they held an edge on an exposed ice layer in a pucker-factor do-not-fall zone gave me confidence to go back for seconds, to say nothing of the way that they railed on corduroy. In three dimensional snow, they simply put the El Capo to shame. They floated smoothly everywhere I took them. Honestly, the only skis that I've been on that are better in soft snow are my Praxis Powders, which are a true reverse camber, reverse sidecut, specialist ski.

Comparing the base profiles of the Enforcer Pro and the El Capo, the EP had noticeably less tip rocker but a higher kick to the tail.

The Enforcer Pro may have replaced the El Capos as my new favorite ski, and the single ski I will travel with when I can take only one. That is truly high praise.
