Wondering if someone could help me figure something out ... Im setting up a pair of gs skis with a 65 waist , the binding I have has a 90mm brake ... not an ideal solution long term but I just need something ready to go at 7am tomorrow morning. The only real problem is that the brakes might catch while skiing , there won’t be drag cause of the race plate .... and chances the brake catches is pretty slim right? Does my question make sense? The people I could ask in the real world are all out skiing and trying to get this done ha. Ty!!! Ella

It's better to be too wide than too narrow. I'd say go for it.

Yes, too wide. What binding? maybe someone here has a brake they would be willing to swap you.

Look spx 12 race, got the smaller replacement brake. Skied 2 days on the too big brake tho and was fine, which means nothing but still ... tx @Karl B @erdz @Philpug .... happy skiing, hopefully somewhere where its warmer than minus 15:toast
